Pennsylvania’s republican introduced Adult Use bill would allow for the recreational use of cannabis (without a license) to people ages 21+ and over. Possession of up to 30 grams. THC levels limited to 15% flower and 40% concentrates. Current “operators” would be fast- tracked for recreational licenses. Homegrow would be permitted for medical users only. Expungements occur but would not include “immediate releases”. Law enforcement would have the ability to decide if you are driving under the influence and the authority to eliminate the legacy market.
